Winter Mexican is a cold-hardy Mexican-hybrid avocado bearing large, tender-skinned green fruit with rich, creamy flesh and about 30 percent oil. Unusually, it tolerates both cold and heat, and it can grow into a very large tree. A productive choice for warm-temperate gardens.
