Havana 608

Havana 608 is a named Nicotiana tabacum tobacco listed separately from Havana 142 by J. L. Hudson. Urban Farmer describes a pyramidal plant with bright green leaves held upward and tips curving slightly downward. The supplier reports about 20 harvestable leaves per plant, measuring 14-16 inches wide and about 20 inches long. Leaves become yellow-green with yellowing edges when ripe and turn medium brown after air drying. These dimensions and yield are supplier observations, not a controlled trial result. Tobacco contains nicotine and is toxic if ingested.
