Smooth Garnet

Smooth Garnet is a red-skinned Jerusalem artichoke cultivar. The plant grows up to 10 feet tall, producing yellow flowers and knobby tubers. The tubers themselves are used in the same ways as other Jerusalem artichoke tubers.
