Seo ber

Seo ber is a cultivar of Indian jujube (Ziziphus mauritiana), a species native from the Province of Yunnan in southern China to Afghanistan, Malaysia, and Queensland, Australia. Fruit is medium to large with thick skin; pulp is moderately juicy and astringent unless peeled or left until light-brown, when it becomes very sweet and excellent, with total soluble solids of 19%. The stone is large, thick, and pitted. It is late in season and keeps very well.
