Harrow Sweet is a cold-hardy, late-ripening dessert pear from the Harrow research program in Ontario (released 1991), a Bartlett cross with excellent, Bartlett-like flavor. Notably hardy to about zone 3b and more precocious than most pears, it also carries useful fire-blight resistance. A strong choice for cold-climate orchards.
