Hana Fuyu

Hana Fuyu, also sold as Giant Fuyu or Yotsundani, is a large-fruited, non-astringent persimmon that can be eaten firm and crisp straight from the tree. Growing to about twice the size of a standard Fuyu, it is a good homeowner cultivar valued for sweet, aromatic fruit, and it is fairly common in northern Florida and adaptable to hot, dry, or cold climates.
