Enterprise is a modern disease-resistant apple from the cooperative PRI breeding program (Purdue, Rutgers, and Illinois), released in 1994. The glossy red, medium-large fruit is immune to apple scab and stores exceptionally well, with a spicy, tart flavor that mellows and sweetens after a few weeks in storage.
