Bennett
Annona muricata 'Bennett'
A documented soursop selection with large, handsome fruit and flavorsome pulp, historically noted as one of the most productive trees observed. It is a blue-green skinned type introduced to Florida in 1920, from budwood sent to the USDA from Costa Rica by Dr. Wilson Popenoe (named for G.S. Bennett of the United Fruit Company's Costa Rican division).
